A Peek Into Our Facilities
We would like to show you a bit of a look around at what we do and how we are set up. From the adults enclosure, hatchling racks and even our bug breeding room, you will get an up close look at how we do things at B & K Bearded Dragons.
Our Climate Controlled Reptile Room
Our insulated "L shaped" reptile room is air-conditioned between 22 and 25 degrees. This cool air is thermosiphoned in through the front vents of the enclosures, heated by the heat lamps and expelled through the rear vents. This is where we house all our adults, hold backs and hatchlings.

Individual Display Tubs
At approximately 2 weeks of age our beardies are separated into individual tubs to protect them from accidental nips from other babies. These tubs are where babies ready for adoption are housed with individual heat lights and a shared T5 UVB10 kit.
Juvenile Bearded Dragon Rack
The Bug Room
We breed approximately 90% of the bugs we feed to our dragons which includes crickets and woodies. This room is kept at 30 degrees with the air being constantly circulated for even heat distribution. We have numerous tubs as well as a purpose built incubator for hatching our pinheads.
