TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales, services, and transactions between Fusion Bearded Dragons (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and the Buyer (“you”, “your”, or “the purchaser”).
By purchasing or placing a deposit with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Fusion Bearded Dragons reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. POLICIES AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

All policies are subject to change at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse sale to any person or entity for any reason.

Animals are described accurately to the best of our ability, including visible defects and genetic details.

Photos represent the animal’s structure and colour as closely as possible, though variations may occur due to lighting, camera, or device.

The sex of dragons under six (6) months of age cannot be guaranteed, though we strive for accuracy.

Photos of parent animals are proprietary and will not be shared. Genetic lineage is always provided for dragons bred by us.

We are not responsible for animals purchased from third parties.
3. FREIGHT – LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

All freight is arranged through Tail Travel, a trusted third-party live animal transport company.

While every care is taken, we cannot control the handling of animals once they have been freighted.

If a delivery issue occurs:

Clear photos of the damaged box and/or deceased animal must be taken within 60 minutes of flight arrival.

The animal must remain in its original container for photos.
-
You must collect the animal within 60 minutes of flight arrival.
Failure to meet these conditions voids the Live Arrival Guarantee.
If a valid claim is made, a replacement dragon (if available) or a full refund, including freight, will be provided.

4. HEALTH GUARANTEE

Fusion Bearded Dragons provides a 3-month health guarantee from the date you receive your dragon.

This guarantee applies only when the buyer follows the highlighted care instructions in our Care Sheet:

You must notify us immediately if you have health concerns about your dragon.

The guarantee will be void if:

The Care Sheet is not followed.
-
External advice contradicting our Care Sheet is used.

The dragon is cohabitated with another.

Requested evidence or photos are not provided.
Our guarantee is open and honest — nothing is hidden. We proudly stand behind the dragons we raise.

5. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY & ANIMAL WELFARE
Once a dragon leaves our care, the buyer assumes full responsibility for its health, husbandry, and wellbeing.
We are not liable for injury, illness, or death caused by improper handling, diet, or environment.
6. QUARANTINE & VETERINARY CARE
We strongly recommend quarantining any new dragon before introducing it to others.
Fusion Bearded Dragons is not responsible for illness caused by exposure to other reptiles or improper quarantine practices.
7. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Refunds or replacements are issued only under the Health or Live Arrival Guarantees.
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, husbandry errors, or failure to follow our Care Sheet.
8. OWNERSHIP TRANSFER
All guarantees and support apply only to the original buyer.
Guarantees are void if the dragon is resold, traded, or rehomed.
9. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

We do not hold animals without a deposit or full payment, unless agreed upon at our discretion.

If a buyer cancels a purchase unrelated to the seller, a $20 per week fee from the date of payment may be retained for food and housing.

Holding animals beyond 14 days may also incur a $20 per week holding fee.
10. BULK SALES
Dragons purchased in bulk lots may not include genetic background information.
11. WAITING LISTS
Placement on a waiting list does not guarantee a dragon unless confirmed.
A deposit may be required for rare or high-value dragons.
12. PHOTOGRAPHY & IMAGE USE
We reserve the right to use photos or videos of our dragons for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.
Personal details will never be disclosed without written consent.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by factors outside our control, including airline or courier delays, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
