Visual, het and possible het
A visual recessive animal has inherited the relevant variant from both parents. A confirmed het has one copy and can pass it on, but usually does not display the full visual morph.
Possible het means probability, not confirmation. The percentage describes the chance that an individual inherited the variant from a particular pairing; it does not mean that the dragon is partly visual.

Why records matter
Recessive genes can remain unseen for generations. Parentage, pairing records and offspring results are therefore more informative than appearance alone.
Genetic claims should be written precisely. 'Het' should be reserved for a known carrier, while uncertain inheritance should remain clearly marked as possible.
