Hypo
Hypomelanistic dragons have reduced dark pigmentation. Clear nails are commonly used as a practical visual indicator, although the complete appearance of the animal and its breeding history still matter.
Hypo does not mean albino, and it does not guarantee a particular shade of red, orange or yellow. Colour-line selection remains separate from the Hypo morph itself.

Translucent
Translucent dragons often show a more translucent quality to the skin as hatchlings and may have very dark eyes. Expression changes as the animal matures, and not every Translucent looks identical.
The eye or skin appearance should not be used to invent additional genetics. Reliable identification depends on experience, breeding records and the known pairing.
